Glenda Payne MS, RN, CNN

Serving as Chief Compliance Officer of NDAC is Co-Founder Glenda Payne.  Glenda has over 40 years experience in nephrology as a clinical and regulatory professional and has dedicated her entire professional career to nephrology nursing.  Initially a staff nurse on a hospital unit that provided peritoneal dialysis, Glenda served as the nurse manager for the first kidney transplant unit in Dallas TX.  After completing her Master’s Degree in Nursing, she served as a Clinical Nurse Specialist for Renal, then as Research Nurse for Transplant at the University of Texas Southwest Medical School.  Her career in government started with a job as a Texas state surveyor, where she was key in developing the Texas state regulations for dialysis including home staff assisted programs.  She followed this with 9 years with CMS, where she was part of the team who developed the Interpretive Guidance for the 2008 ESRD Conditions of Coverage. From 1989 until her retirement from government service in 2011, Glenda participated as a core faculty member for every ESRD surveyor training program.  From 2011-2018, she worked as a consultant with Nephrology Clinical Solutions.  During her career, she has been an invited speaker to over 250 local, state, national and international professional meetings.  She has authored or co-authored over 20 publications including AAMI’s Acute Hemodialysis: Survey Readiness Handbook and chapters in ANNA’s Core Curriculum for Nephrology Nursing and Contemporary Nephrology Nursing.  Glenda holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees from Texas Woman’s University. She is a past President of ANNA, a Certified Nephrology Nurse and serves on the Dialysis Committee of the Association for the Advancement of Medical Instrumentation (AAMI).

Jennifer Vavrinchik MSN, RN, CNN

Co-Founder, Jennifer Vavrinchik, serves as the Company’s Chief Operating  Officer.  She has dedicated her entire career in nephrology with over 30 years.  Jennifer’s career includes clinical and operational leadership in both incenter and outpatient dialysis settings.  She began her career in dialysis as a Patient Care Technician while attending nursing school and has been an advanced practitioner since 1992.  She  later served as a Sales Manager and Director of Clinical Services for Spectra Laboratories, a leading dialysis laboratory.  In 2005, Jennifer founded Nephrology Clinical Solutions, a leading nephrology consulting company providing education, marketing, compliance and research services to the dialysis industry including large dialysis providers and pharmaceutical companies.   She holds a Bachelor and Master of Science degrees in Nursing from the University of Cincinnati, is a member Sigma Theta Tau, the Illinois Organization of Nurse Executives, National Kidney Foundation, the American Nephrology Nurses’ Association, and a Certified Nephrology Nurse.

Curt Anliker

Curt Anliker is a Co-Founder of NDAC and serves as Chief Executive Officer. Throughout his career in dialysis, Curt has developed, launched and led a variety of dialysis businesses including outpatient clinics and home dialysis programs, dialysis support companies, acute dialysis programs, and physician joint ventures.  Prior to launching NDAC, Curt was Co-Founder and CEO of Affiliated Dialysis Centers until its sale in 2018. Founded in 2002, Affiliated grew to become the largest home dialysis provider serving nursing home dialysis patients in the U.S.  He has been a member of the National Renal Administrators Association for over 15 years and has been a speaker at multiple national dialysis symposiums, and currently serves on the Board of the National Kidney Foundation of Illinois.  Curt holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Purdue University.
