Curt Anliker is a Co-Founder of NDAC and serves as Chief Executive Officer. Throughout his career in dialysis, Curt has developed, launched and led a variety of dialysis businesses including outpatient clinics and home dialysis programs, dialysis support companies, acute dialysis programs, and physician joint ventures. Prior to launching NDAC, Curt was Co-Founder and CEO of Affiliated Dialysis Centers until its sale in 2018. Founded in 2002, Affiliated grew to become the largest home dialysis provider serving nursing home dialysis patients in the U.S. He has been a member and sponsor of the Renal Healthcare Association for over 20 years, a speaker at multiple national dialysis symposiums, and currently serves on the board of National Kidney Foundation of Illinois. Curt holds a B.S. degree in Engineering from Purdue University.
Co-Founder Jennifer Vavrinchik serves as the Company’s Chief Operating Officer. Her career in nephrology spans over 30 years and includes clinical and operational leadership in both incenter and outpatient dialysis settings. Jennifer began her career in dialysis as a Patient Care Technician while attending nursing school and has been an advanced practitioner since 1992. She later served as a Sales Manager and Director of Clinical Services for Spectra Laboratories, a leading dialysis laboratory. In 2005, Jennifer founded Nephrology Clinical Solutions, a leading nephrology consulting company providing education, marketing, compliance and research services to the dialysis industry including large dialysis providers and pharmaceutical companies. She holds a Bachelor and Master of Science degrees in Nursing from the University of Cincinnati, is a member of Sigma Theta Tau, the Illinois Organization of Nurse Executives, National Kidney Foundation and the American Nephrology Nurses’ Association, and is a Certified Nephrology Nurse.
Jennifer Payton, a certified nephrology nurse with over 25 years of experience in dialysis, serves as the Company’s Chief Compliance Officer. Her career includes work in outpatient hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, home hemodialysis, administration, clinical education, and regulatory compliance. Jennifer holds a B.S. in Nursing from the University of North Carolina Wilmington and a master’s degree in healthcare administration from Bellevue University. She is a frequent speaker at national nephrology and nursing meetings on various nephrology nursing topics, and a published author in the Nephrology Nursing Journal and the Contemporary Nephrology Nursing textbook. She is an active member of the American Nephrology Nurses Association and a past President.
NDAC Co-Founder Glenda Payne served as the Company’s first Chief Compliance Officer. Her retirement at the end of 2022 capped a remarkable career in nephrology, nursing and regulatory compliance that spanned over 40 years. She was named Chief Compliance Officer – Emerita in recognition of her significant contributions to both the Company and the dialysis industry. She served the industry over many decades in national speaking engagements and as author of many publications. She is a past President of ANNA, a Certified Nephrology Nurse, and served on the Dialysis Committee of the Association for the Advancement of Medical Instrumentation (AAMI).
